Assignment Letters are Due Soon From SFUSD - Here is What to Expect

SFUSD mails the round one school assignment letters from Monday, March 21, 2022. This letter is also posted on the ParentVue account of parents or guardians in the Documents tab.

If you are happy with the school assignment you receive, congratulations! Now you can accept your assignment to register for your school. There are a two ways to accept your assignment:

  • Visit ParentVue. Log in and click the Online Forms button in the top right. Use the drop down menu to select ‘Accept/Decline Assignment’ and follow the prompts to complete and finish the form

  • Mail in the paper form that was included with the letter from SFUSD by the deadline of April 8

If you experience difficulty with either of these methods to accept the school assignment, contact EPC at enrollinschool@sfusd.edu or call them at: 415-241-6085.

If you would like to try for another school assignment, then we recommend you accept your assigned school, and then participate in the following rounds of the assignment process.

Here are some key dates to remember:

  • March 21st, round one of school assignment letters are mailed & posted on ParentVue

  • April 8th is the deadline to accept your Round one assigned school, online or by mail

  • May 2nd is the second round of deadlines. Last day to submit, revise or cancel applications.

  • May 30th, round two of school assignment letters are mailed & posted on ParentVue
