Receive a $100 Gift Card for your Student's COVID Vaccination at SFUSD/SFDPH Vaccine Clinics

If your student from age 5-17 becomes vaccinated at an SFUSD/SFDPH clinic before the end of the school year, they will receive a $100 gift card while supplies last!

Getting them vaccinated will prevent students and families from missing special end of the year events like graduations and prom.

Eligibility: 

  • Age 5 and above

  • SFUSD families are priority but all are welcome

  • Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available

  • Walk-in to get vaccine

  • No appointment required

  • No documentation required
