Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco Supports Common-Sense Gun Reform

Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco stands alongside many other family advocacy organizations in demanding that our lawmakers provide common-sense gun reform so that all children and families can attend school safe from gun violence.

Like all parents in our nation, our hearts break when we learn, once again, of a senseless act of gun violence in one of our nation’s schools. Like you, we are angry and exhausted, and we need common-sense solutions to protect our children.

At Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco, we believe that public education is of fundamental value to a thriving democracy and that all children deserve access to safe schools.

We support other advocacy organizations in demanding common-sense gun reform. We encourage you to visit these websites to learn more.

It is time for us to join hands with families across the nation in taking a stand. We ask all San Francisco parents, community members, and lawmakers to help us use the strength of many voices for our children. Together we are powerful.
