Backpack Giveaways for San Francisco Students
Get ready for the new academic year at one of these backpack giveaway events.
- August 3, 2017, 2pm–4pm. APA Back to School Event, 10 Nottingham Place. Kindergarten to 6th graders can get new backpack and school supplies. There will be childrens' activities and books.
- August 5, 2017, 10am–1pm. Mo' MAGIC Backpack Giveaway, 1050 McAllister Street. Gather health information, snacks, a book giveaway, and new backpacks stuffed with school supplies for kids and teens.
- August 11, 2017, 1pm–3pm. Bayview YMCA, Backpack giveaway and back-to-school fun.
- August 12, 11am–3pm. BMAGIC Backpack Giveaway, 155 Jennings Street. BMAGIC will provide backpacks stuffed with school supplies to Bayview-Hunters Point families in need.
- August 17, 1pm–4pm. Mercy Housing Backpack Giveaway at Sunnydale Community Center, 1654 Sunnydale Avenue.
- August 19, 2017, 10am - 2pm. Alice Griffith Health and Readiness Backpack Giveaway, 1110 Egbert Avenue.
