Brittany graduated from the esteemed UC Berkeley School of Journalism program with a Masters in Journalism and Multimedia. While there, she focused on community service journalism and finding ways to report ethical and responsibly. Born and raised in East Los Angeles and currently resides there (go dodgers!). Brittany was managing editor at Mixed Mag, covering topics like covid pandemic, housing crisis, and food deserts in the Bay Area. Brittany served Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco as Marketing and Communications Director in 2022 and in 2023 came Chief of Staff. Brittany describes her service a committed, passionate and energetic!
