PPS-SF Board Elections

Congratulations to the PPS-SF Board members who were re-elected to serve another two years: Victor Martinez, Michael Smith and Kim Cobb. The following Board members were also elected as Board Officers:
President: Victor Martinez
Vice President: Amy Risch
Treasurer: Michael Smith
Secretary: Kim Ellis

Special thanks and recognition was given to Lisa Schiff, outgoing Board Member and former Board President. We appreciate and recognize her valuable contributions to the growth and success of Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco.

Board Description
The Board of Directors of Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco, Inc. (PPS-SF) is empowered by the state of California to govern PPS-SF as a nonprofit public benefit corporation on behalf of the people of California. The Board is comprised of no fewer than 3 and no more than 12 members who are committed to helping PPS-SF achieve its mission.

The PPS-SF Board of Directors hold their elections at the Annual General Meeting. Please use the Board Nomination Form (Word document) to submit a nomination.
